We had an excellent experience with this company. They listened well to what we wanted, gave us a competitive bid, did first-rate work, and were considerate of our household throughout the project.

When the asphalt was delivered I could tell that they were finding it difficult to work with, but the new pavement appeared to be satisfactory. They explained that they had been given a batch that had cooled too much before delivery and that they were not satisfied with the result. Without my asking they dug the whole driveway up, re-graded, and repaved the entire job with a better batch of material the next day.  

This time the new pavement was beautiful, and it is holding up well. Good people. Good result.

I recently reached out to Tommy Parrett from AAA Paving in Kernersville, NC. He replied to my voice mail message within the same day, scheduled an appointment, and answered all my preliminary questions on the same phone call. The day of the job site inspection he reviewed the job and presented me with an estimate/proposal a few minutes later. The day that the Paving was to take place, Tommy showed up with plenty of labor and equipment to get the job completed on the same day. After the pavement was in place Tommy followed up with me and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before taking payment. AAA Paving was by far more professional than the other paving contractors I was considering. Thanks!
